Meowdy! Welcome back to the Catnip Corner; grab a seat and let’s talk about Genderful.
Genderful is a chat show I started in 2021, because I wanted to find a way to use a streaming platform to let trans folks talk about themselves—not just their transness, but also who they are. Being trans is by far the least interesting thing about many of us, and it’s certainly not the only thing about any of us that’s worth noticing.
We all have full lives outside of our gender, yet we’re reduced to that over and over and over by the people who don’t want us to be here—the people who simply don’t want us to exist.
So, on Mondays, I and my cohost Atlas O. Phoenix talk to trans people about their gender, their lives, and their special interests.
We’re up to Episode 86 at time of writing. Every chat is streamed live on twitch, with live questions and comments coming in.
And you can also find past episodes, a little cleaned up, on youtube and our podcast.
Over the last couple of years, we’ve covered everything from non-profits, other podcasts, writing, pluralism, autism, and a whole lot more. Just scan through the playlists to find something that interests you!
